This design is based on a photo I took in a place called Roads, near Kells Bay, County Kerry. Is is located behind Cnoc na dTobar on the Atlantic Ocean side. The view is towards Drung Hill. My grandfather was born near this location and was among many that lived a very hard existence on the side of a boggy mountain, exposed to the winds and wild weather of the south west Kerry coast. The beauty is wild and pure in this place.
